Whole-home rewires
Cloth wire, knob-and-tube, ungrounded two-prong outlets. Full rewires on existing homes, staged room by room so you can keep living there while it happens.
New construction
Rough-in through trim-out for builders across the lakes area. Panel, circuits, devices, fixtures, and we're there for the final inspection.
Remodels & additions
Kitchens, baths, basements, additions. New circuits for the appliances, and everything moved to where the new plan actually puts it.
Lighting
Recessed layouts, under-cabinet and toe-kick LED, pendants and chandeliers hung level, and dimming that dims smoothly instead of buzzing.
Garages, shops & outbuildings
Sub-panels, 240-volt circuits for welders, compressors and heaters, EV charging, and buried feeds out to detached buildings.
Code corrections
Failed an inspection, or bought a place where somebody's uncle did the wiring. We find what's wrong, fix it to current code, and get it signed off.
Service calls
Dead outlets, a breaker that won't stay set, lights that flicker when the well pump kicks on. We track the cause down instead of guessing at it.

The best lighting decisions get made before the drywall goes on. Here's what that looks like finished.
Under-cabinet and toe-kick LED on their own dimmer — enough light to find the coffee at 5 a.m. without turning the whole room on.
Recessed cans spaced to the cabinet run, a linear fixture centered on the island, and continuous LED under every upper.
Cans laid out to land between the beams, with a brass dome hung over the stair landing.
Fan box, can spacing, and switching all located before the pine went up — there's no fixing that later.
Chandelier hung, leveled, and set at the right height off a vaulted entry ceiling.
Soffit downlights spaced the length of a new build — enough light to back a trailer up to the doors without a yard light.
